The present invention relates to an orthodontic fixing device. The fixing device is configured to include: a fixing member having a fixing body that is horizontally symmetrical and has multiple connection grooves formed in a state of being bent on right and left sides, multiple fixing rings that are formed on upper and lower sides of a central portion of the fixing body by the medium of a connecting member and fix the fixing body to a palate through screw insertion, and blade portions that are formed to protrude at respective right and left ends of the fixing body； and a block in which a receiving groove is formed on one surface so that the fixing member can be received and fixed and screw insertion holes are through-formed at position corresponding to the fixing rings so that screws can be inserted into the fixing rings through the screw insertion holes. Accordingly, the fixing member is inserted into the palate and firmly fixed without soft tissue damage and connection between the fixing member and an orthodontic ligation tool, and thus making an orthodontic treatment be more effective. In addition, an operation for fixing the fixing member to the palate can be performed more effectively by coupling the fixing member with the block and the fixing member can be installed more firmly and stably since the screw is inserted through the block.본 발명은 치열교정용 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 이 고정장치는 좌우 대칭을 이루면서 그 좌우측이 절곡된 상태로 각각 다수의 연결홈이 형성된 고정몸체와 상기 고정몸체의 중앙부 상하측에 연결부재를 매개로 다수 형성되어 스크류가 삽입됨으로써 고정몸체를 입천장에 고정하는 다수의 고정링 및 상기 고정몸체의 좌우측단에 각각 돌출 형성된 날개부로 이루어진 고정부재와, 상기 고정부재를 안착 고정시킬 수 있도록 그 일면에 안착홈이 형성됨과 아울러 상기 고정링과 일치되는 위치에 스크류 삽입홀이 관통 형성되어 이 스크류 삽입홀을 통해 고정링에 스크류를 삽입할 수 있도록 된 블럭을 포함하여 구성된다.따라서, 고정부재가 입천장에 연조직의 손상없이 파고 들어가 견고하게 고정되고, 고정부재와 교정용 결찰구의 연결이 용이하기 때문에 보다 효과적인 치열교정치료를 도모할 수 있으며, 고정부재와 블럭의 결합을 통해 고정부재를 입천장에 고정하는 시술을 보다 효과적으로 진행할 수 있고, 블럭을 통해 스크류를 삽입하기 때문에 견고하고 안정되게 고정부재를 설치할 수 있다.
