Provided is a composition for imaging and diagnosing cancer. The composition is designed for economical and efficient cancer diagnosis and also for comorbid diagnosis of a cancer patient. To this end, the composition contains, as an active ingredient, a composite to which a compound used for imaging is covalently or non-covalently bonded to an anti-epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) repebody. In addition, the composition is also involved in over-expression or abnormal activation of EGFR.본 발명은 보다 경제적이고 효율적인 암진단 및 암환자의 동반진단을 위하여, 항-EGFR 리피바디에 조영용 화합물이 공유결합 또는 비공유결합으로 결합된 복합체를 유효성분으로 함유하는 EGFR의 과발현 또는 비정상적인 활성화를 특징으로 갖고 있는 암의 진단 및 영상화용 조성물을 제공한다.
