The breast milk absorbent pad (2) is laid upon an envelope sheet (3A) so as to extend astride a first fold (17) and thereby to lie both first and second regions (19, 20) of the packing sheet (3A) and is temporarily bonded to the inner surface of the first region (19) by means of a temporary fastening zone (11).
