The present invention relates to a patient monitoring system of a wireless remote communication system for medical use, wherein the vital signs of a patient collected by a PMS are wirelessly transmitted to a sub-monitoring device to integrally manage a variety of groups of PMS information, the system including: a PMS converting a vital sign of a patient into an analog signal and wirelessly transmitting an RF signal merging the analog signal into a local oscillation frequency signal generated according to a transmission frequency band channel； and a sub-monitoring device receiving and analyzing the RF signal according to a protocol processing criteria to check the vital sign.La présente invention porte sur un système de surveillance de patient d'un système de communication à distance sans fil pour usage médical, dans lequel les signes vitaux d'un patient recueillis par un PMS sont transmis de manière non filaire à un dispositif de sous-surveillance de façon à gérer intégralement une variété de groupes d'informations PMS, le système comprenant : un PMS convertissant un signe vital d'un patient en un signal analogique et transmettant de manière non filaire un signal RF fusionnant le signal analogique en un signal de fréquence d'oscillation locale généré selon un canal de bande de fréquence de transmission, et un dispositif de sous-surveillance recevant et analysant le signal RF selon un critère de traitement de protocole destiné à vérifier le signe vital.본 발명은 PMS가 수집한 환자의 생체신호(vital sign)를 서브모니터링장치로 무선 송신해서, 다양한 그룹의 PMS 정보를 한 곳에서 통합 관리할 수 있도록 한 것으로, 의료용 무선 원격 통신방식의 환자 모니터링시스템에 관한 것으로, 환자의 생체신호를 아날로그 신호로 변환하고 송신 주파수대역에 설정된 채널에 따라 생성된 국부발진주파수에 아날로그신호를 병합한 RF신호를 무선 송신하는 PMS 및 RF신호를 수신해 프로토콜의 처리기준에 따라 분석해서 생체신호를 확인하는 서브모니터링장치를 포함한다.
