PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone rubber-based curable composition capable of obtaining silicone rubber excellent in mechanical strength, silicone rubber using the silicone rubber-based curable composition, a molded body using the silicone rubber, and a medical tubing composed of the molded body.SOLUTION: A silicone rubber-based curable composition includes: vinyl group-containing organopolysiloxane (A) organohydrogenpolysiloxane (B) a silica particle (C) a silane coupling agent (D) and platinum or a platinum compound (E).
