The primary ring (2) comprises an elliptic or round primary ring sleeve (8), and an elliptic or round primary magnetic ring (9), which corresponds to the primary ring sleeve (8) and is made of magnetic materials, the primary ring sleeve (8) is of an annular U-groove structure, the primary magnetic ring (9) is embedded into the annular U-groove structure, and the discontinuous grooves (6), the press incline (7) and the fastening structures (3) are all formed on the corresponding sleeve surfaces of the primary ring sleeve (8). The secondary ring (1) comprises an elliptic or round secondary ring sleeve (10), and an elliptic or round secondary magnetic ring (11), which corresponds to the secondary ring sleeve (10) and is made of magnetic materials, the secondary ring sleeve (10) is of an annular U-groove structure, and the secondary magnetic ring (11) is embedded into the annular U-groove structure.
