METHOD OF PANCREATODUODENAL RESECTION WITH LOCALLY ADVANCED PANCREATIC CANCER AND PERIAMPULLAR REGION WITH EXTENSIVE TUMOR INVASION OF THE MAIN VEINS OF THE MESENTERIC PORTAL SYSTEM
FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention describes method for pancreatoduodenal resection in locally advanced pancreatic cancer and a periampullar region with extensive tumor invasion of the main veins of the mesenteric portal system. Perform a resection of the main trunk of the superior mesenteric vein to its two terminal veins of the small intestine, from which form a single anastomosis. Major veins of the mesenteric-portal system are reconstructed between a single joint of the two terminal veins of the superior intramural vein of the superior mesenteric vein and the portal vein formed by direct prosthesis using a synthetic prosthesis. Splenic vein, together with the inferior mesenteric vein, is sutured into the left renal vein.EFFECT: method allows to restore mesenteric-portal bloodstream, which is closest to the physiological, to reduce the duration and traumatism of the intervention.1 cl, 1 dwg, 1 ex
