The head part unit 5 has: a columnar part 50 extending from the trunk 2 toward the other side a half-head part 59 attached to the other side of the columnar part 50 an occlusion tool 60 supported to an intermediate part of the columnar part 50 and having upper jaw model 61 and lower jaw model 71 which are rotatably coupled each other and a mask 120 attached to the half-head part 59 detachably, in which a mouth part 120K similar to a mouth of human being is opened in front of the occlusion tool, and being similar to a face of human being.
