PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel for a wheelchair, which enables the direct and accurate measurement of a vibration and an impact applied to the wheelchair, the wheelchair, and a system for measuring a travel state of the wheelchair.SOLUTION: A wheel 1 for a wheelchair includes: a wheel 2 that has an axle 3 and a rotor 4 rotated in such a manner that the axle 3 serves as a rotational axis； a support 11 that rotatably supports the wheel 2； and a measurement part 21 that measures at least any one of the acceleration, impact load and travel sound of the wheel 2. The measurement part 21 is mounted on the rotor 4.
