The present invention relates to a massage machine capable of giving acupressure and beating, and more specifically to a massage device module having elastic ring-shaped elastic acupressure members, which comprises: a vibration plate connected to the lower surface of the massage device module to have a first hinge bracket formed on the lower surface thereof, into which a hinge shaft is inserted； a support plate axially coupled to both ends of the hinge shaft of the vibration plate to have a second hinge bracket on the top surface thereof in order to let the vibration plate tilt to the left or to the right, thereby generating vibration； a beating massage module installed and fixed on one side of the top surface of the support plate to beat a body of a user by vibration when the elastic acupressure members of the massage device module rotate while the vibration plate is tilted to the left or to the right by the support plate, thereby generating vibration； and a shock absorption module installed and fixed on the other upper side of the support plate to absorb shock from the vibration plate, wherein the elastic acupressure members apply elasticity in both a vertical direction and a horizontal direction while acupressure tools rotate, thereby enabling the massage machine to give acupressure and massage to the body of the user such as a neck, a shoulder, a back, an arm, a forearm, a waist, thigh, the calf and the like and, at the same time, the elastic acupressure members are moved back and forth to generate vibration, thereby enabling the massage machine to give beating to the body of the user.
