The invention relates to a process for carrying out a chrysin flavonoid delivery system to be used in prevention/regeneration of hepatic tissue. According to the invention, the process consists in that the flavonoid chrysin is dissolved in 96% ethanol by sonication, at a concentration of 3.33 mg/ml, random methyl - β -cyclodextrin (RAMEB) is dissolved in the solution, 0.4 ml of water being added to each ml of solution, after which the components are mixed in a molar ratio of 1:1, to result in an inclusion complex chrysin/RAMEB which is frozen at the temperature of -104°C and lyophilized, having a chrysin concentration of 2.3 μ g/ml and enhanced pharmacological properties as compared with the pure flavonoid.Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unui sistem de eliberare a flavonoidului crisină utilizat în prevenţia/regenerarea ţesutului hepatic. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în aceea că flavonoidul crisină se dizolvă în 96% etanol prin sonicare la o concentraţie de 3,33 mg/ml, random metil-beta-ciclodextrină (RAMEB) se dizolvă în soluţie şi 0,4 ml apă adăugată la fiecare mililitru de soluţie, după care componentele se amestecă în rapor molar 1:1, rezultând un complex de incluziune crisină/RAMEB, care este îngheţat la temperatura de -104°C şi liofilizat, având o concentraţie de crisină de 2,3 μ g/ml şi proprietăţi farmacologice crescute faţă de flavonoidul pur.
