The present invention relates to a vine fruit tree stem support device which is installed on an iron wire connecting posts which are separately located and fixates a stem of a vine fruit tree to the iron wire to prevent the vine fruit tree planted between the posts from being tangled while growing. The vine fruit tree stem support device comprises: a body unit which is in the shape of a plate having a certain area and has a mounting groove formed on a front side to allow the iron wire to be mounted therein a hook unit which is formed on one side of the body unit and accommodates the stem a joining unit which is formed on one side of the hook unit and joins the hook unit to the iron wire first and second support units which are installed to be separated from each other at a certain distance on a front surface of the body unit, support the wire mounted in the mounting groove from the upside and the downside, respectively, and have cross-sectional areas in the shape of &primeㄱ&prime a support protrusion which is formed on a side of the front surface of the body unit opposite to the second support unit to interpose the mounting groove between the second mounting groove and the same and functions as a support point when the iron wire is inserted in the first and second support units and a support unit which is formed on a side of the front surface of the body opposite to the first support unit to interpose the mounting groove between the mounting groove and the same, supports the iron wire mounted in the mounting groove from the downside, and has a cross-sectional area in the shape of a triangle. The second support unit, the support protrusion, the first support unit, and the support unit are arranged in the shape of a trapezoid on the front surface of the body unit.
