This endoscope device is provided with: an imaging element (9) for acquiring a first image signal based on first light of a first color which has passed through a first color filter and a second image signal based on second light of a second color which has passed through a second color filter; a color separation correction unit (12) for performing a color separation process and an individual difference correction process on each of the first and second image signals; and a color conversion unit (13) for assigning the first and second image signals having undergone the color separation process and the individual difference correction process to first and second channels of a color image signal, respectively. The color separation process is a process in which signals based on the second and first light are subtracted from the first and second image signals, respectively.
