摘要:
This technical solution relates in general to the field of computing, and in particular to methods and systems for forming a personalized diet of dietary fibre supplements, probiotics and food products after transplantation of gastrointestinal tract microbiota from another person. Claimed is a method for forming a personalized diet of foodstuffs in the event of a microbiota transplant, in which data about the composition of microbiota in the intestines of at least one recipient and a potential donor are obtained by meta-genomic sequencing of their faecal samples; the data obtained are used to determine the relative abundance of microorganisms and biomarkers of diseases in the meta-genome of at least one recipient and a potential donor; at least one potential donor is selected for at least one recipient, wherein biomarkers which are positively associated with the disease of the potential recipient should be present in an amount lower than a prespecified threshold value in the microbiota in the intestines of the potential donor, and biomarkers which are negatively associated with the disease of the potential recipient should be present in a sufficient amount; a list of foodstuffs, probiotics and dietary supplements recommended for consumption, including a list of dietary fibres, is generated for the recipient on the basis of the data obtained about the abundance of microorganisms and biomarkers of diseases in the microbiota of the identified donor. The technical result is an increase in the accuracy of determining, for a recipient, foodstuffs and dietary supplements recommended for consumption.
