PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition of a pharmaceutical, food and drink, etc., for fundamentally preventing, improving or treating eye disease and neuropathy which are conventionally difficult to treat by finding out a substance having differentiation-inducing activity from stem cells to ectodermal cells.SOLUTION: A differentiation inducer from stem cells to ectodermal cells includes fucoidan as an active ingredient.
