PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a male type shunt cap which suppresses occurrences of contamination with germs during a priming treatment more than before.
SOLUTION: The male type shunt cap 100 includes a tubular body part 110 having a through-hole formed in the inside, a fitting part 120 which is disposed on one end of the body part 110 and opens in a prescribed direction, and a stopper part 140 closing the opened part of the fitting part 120. The fitting part 120 includes an tubular, internal side cylindrical part 122 having a through-hole formed in the inside to communicate with the through-hole of the body part 110 and an external cylindrical part 128 disposed at a prescribed distance from an outer surface of the internal side cylindrical part 122 in a manner to surround the outer surface of the internal side cylindrical part 122.
