PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization storage chamber which facilitates maintenance such as repair and maintenance of a shutter device for opening and closing between a processing chamber and a cooling device.SOLUTION: There is provided a sterilization storage chamber 1 comprising: a processing chamber 2 for storing pieces of tableware, cooking tools, and small articles； a heating device 3 for sterilizing the pieces of tableware and the like； a cooling device 4 for cooling the pieces of tableware and the like； a control device 5； and a shutter device 6 for opening and closing an opening of a duct connected to the cooling device and being provided on an upper face of the processing chamber. When heating is performed by the heating device, when temperature in the processing chamber reaches set temperature, the shutter device is closed for preventing entry of hot air into the cooling device, then after heat is released from inside of the processing chamber, the cooling device cools the inside of the processing chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
