PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dressing material comprising an inner layer and an outer layer wherein the inner layer and the outer layer are aligned with trimming at one side of edge.SOLUTION: The inner layer comprises hydrogel and meltblown nonwoven, and the outer layer comprises a polyurethane film and a pressure sensitive adhesive. The dressing material increases watertight closure.
