The present invention is related to a composition for microcapsule preparation and a drug made by using the same. The composition comprises a hydrophilic polymer with a carboxylic functional group a hardening agent chitosan, and a polyamine compound. Drug made by using the composition has excellent encapsulation efficiency and rapid releasing efficiency, and thereby the composition is especially suitable for oral drugs.
