PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorating bag by which food can be smoothly squeezed, odor transfer can be prevented, workability in bonding its base material can be ensured, and transfer of harmful substances from its bonded parts to the food can be prevented at the same time.SOLUTION: A base material 11 includes an acrylic resin coat 12 on at least one side, including a bonded part 13. The base material is rolled into a cone shape with the one side positioned inside. At least the whole inner surface of the cone shape is covered with the acrylic resin coat 12. Transfer of odor between a food material and a decorating bag is prevented and the food material is smoothly squeezed owing to the acrylic resin coat 12 on the inner surface of the decorating bag. Further, the base material 11 is easily bonded with a heat seal part 13A or by adhesion with an acrylic resin dissolved in an organic solvent owing to the acrylic resin coat 12 in the bonded part 13.
