PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a pupil image even under an influence of external light.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus (10) comprises: an infrared emission unit (40) an infrared camera (42) for imaging a users pupil with infrared light emitted from the infrared emission unit (40) and a CPU (24).
