The present invention relates to an improved reprogramming system in vivo and a screening method using the same. The reprogramming system of the present invention includes genes encoding starting cell marker protein promoters, gene pluripotency-maintaining proteins, amino acid isolation peptides, Cre, oriented cell marker protein promoters, LoxPs, and fluorescent proteins, does not require the fixation of a cell to confirm the conversion of the cell, can monitor a cell in the living state in real time, and can be used both in vitro or in vivo. Therefore, the present invention is expected to be widely used in the bio and medical field.본 발명은 개선된 생체 내 리프로그래밍 시스템 및 이를 이용한 스크리닝방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 리프로그래밍 시스템은 출발세포 마커단백질 프로모터, 유전자 다능성 유지 단백질, 아미노산 분리 펩타이드, Cre, 지향세포 마커단백질 프로모터, LoxP, 및 형광단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 포함하고, 세포의 전환을 확인하기 위해 세포의 고정을 필요치 않고, 세포가 살아있는 상태에서 실시간으로 모니터링이 가능하며, 생체 외(in vitro) 또는 생체 내(in vivo)에서 모두 이용이 가능하다. 따라서 본 발명은 바이오 및 의학 분야에서 크게 이용될 것으로 기대된다.
