The present invention relates to a low irritant transdermal preparation for anti-inflammatory analgesic, and a preparing method thereof, and more particularly, to a low irritant transdermal preparation for anti-inflammatory analgesic, which has an excellent anti-inflammatory analgesic effect, and has an appropriate adhesion to a human skin, and a preparing method thereof. The preparing method of the transdermal preparation for anti-inflammatory analgesic, comprises the steps of: (a) uniformly mixing natural rubber, polyisobutylene and a tackifying resin at 85±5° C using a pressure kneader; (b) lowering a temperature of the pressure kneader down to 75±5° C, and uniformly mixing an absorbent polymer while adding the same; (c) lowering the temperature of the pressure kneader down to 65±5° C, and uniformly mixing an anti-inflammatory analgesic drug while adding the same to prepare a drug layer; (d) applying the prepared drug layer to a release layer; and (e) laminating the drug layer applied to the release layer with a support.
