PURPOSE: An indicator of a mechanical control axis of a leg is provided to perform a TKA(Total Knee Arthroplasty) by enabling a user to easily grasp the mechanical control axis through a display string connected to an additional indicator formed on the lower side of the center of an ankle joint. CONSTITUTION: A lower support(100) comprises a bottom support stand(110), a left support stand(120), and a right support stand(130). Assembly holes(124,132) are vertically formed on the upper side of the left support stand and the right support stand. A top supporter(200) comprises a fixing stand(210) and a width control stand(220) which is assembled with the left side of the fixing stand. An assembly groove(212) is formed on the left lower side of the fixing stand along a longitudinal direction. The width control stand controls the width of the top supporter while moving along an assembly plate(222).본 발명에는 인공슬관절치환수술에서 대퇴골과 경골의 절골기준이 되는 기계적 축의 상하를 연결하는 점, 즉 대퇴골두중심 상방과 족관절 중심 하방을 연결하는 기계적 축을 수술 중 촉지할 수 있도록 대퇴골두중심 상방에 설치되는 하지의 기계적 관상축 표시기가 개시된다. 개시된 하지의 기계적 관상축 표시기는 바닥지지대, 좌측지지대, 우측지지대로 이루어진 하부지지체와, 고정대, 폭조절대로 이루어진 상부지지체와, 고정대의 상면에 조립되는 표시판과, 표시판에 설치된 대퇴골두중심상방표시수단을 포함하여 구성되며, 환자의 신체에 따라 사이즈를 조절하면서 용이하고 견고하게 설치할 수 있고, 시술자가 수술도중에 족관절중심 하방에 설치된 별도의 표시자와 연결되는 표시끈을 통해 기계적 관상축을 용이하게 파악할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
