A laparoscopic device for anchoring an internal organ to the thoracic diaphragm or abdominal wall of the patient, said device comprising: an introducer sheath (13) a washer (18) closing the outer end of said introducer sheath in a sealing manner at least one T-fastener (1) and at least one anchor (4, 6) having at least one fluke (6) and a shank (4) said anchor is connected by means of a flexible string (3) to said T-fastener, said T-fastener assembly disposed inside said introducer needle a flexible disc (2) at the junction of flexible string with T-fastener and a piece of thread attached to crown of anchor at least one introducer needle (14) for introducing said T-fastener into lumen of the internal organ/gall bladder at least one T-fastener pusher (15) disposed inside said introducer needle a locking arrangement disposed for locking said introducer needle inside said introducer sheath another locking arrangement disposed for locking said T-fastener pusher inside said introducer needle a blocker to block the opening of washer at least one grasper (16) for grasping shank of the said anchor inside said introducer sheath in a predefined orientation and a holding mechanism (26) provided on said introducer sheath for holding said grasper in a predetermined position inside said introducer sheath.
