PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and lightweight portable fluid type massage device that can be used in a workplace and during driving a car.SOLUTION: A fluid type massage device 10 includes a body 20 with appropriate cushioning property, elastic projections 30 buried in the body, a pump 51 that causes apexes 41 of the elastic projections to project from the surface of the body by injecting fluid F into a hollow internal part 40 of the elastic projections and applying pressure, and a control part 52 for controlling an operation of the pump 51. The apexes 41 of the pressurized elastic projections press a predetermined part of a human body and has a massage effect on it.
