PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain (i) a polar solvent-type emulsion in an oil PS1/O, (ii) a polar solvent-type composite emulsion in water and an oil PS1/O/W and (iii) a polar solvent-type composite emulsion in a polar solvent and an oil PS1/O/PS.SOLUTION: This emulsion is obtained by using an emulsifying agent which is a crosslinked elastomeric silicone polyether forming a mutually crosslinked polymeric molecule forming a gel composed of three-dimensional molecular polymer network structure containing a crosslinked unit between polymer molecules and the crosslinked elastomeric silicone polyether is swelled by including 65-98 wt.% of a silicone oil.COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO【課題】 (i)油中極性溶媒型のエマルションPS1/O、(ii)水中油中極性溶媒型の複合エマルションPS1/O/W、及び(iii)極性溶媒中油中極性溶媒型の複合エマルションPS1/O/PSの提供。【解決手段】 ポリマー分子の間に架橋単位を含有する三次元分子ポリマー網状構造からなるゲルを形成する互いに架橋されたポリマー分子を構成する、架橋されたエラストマーのシリコーンポリエーテルであり、上記架橋されたエラストマーのシリコーンポリエーテルは、65から98重量%のシリコーンオイルを含有して膨潤されている乳化剤を用いる。
