There is provided in the present invention a composition for inhibitingadhesion comprising polymers that are dissolved in an aqueous solution andhave temperature sensitivity showing a sol-gel phase transition dependant upontemperature, wherein the polymer solution in a sol state becomes a gel stateby body temperature and is thus stably coated within tissues whereby itfunctions as a membrane inhibiting adhesion and as time lapses, it is degradedinto low molecular weight surfactants and bio-degradable single molecularsubstances whereby they can be absorbed into body and the degraded productscan bring about secondary adhesion inhibiting effects.
