According to the invention, the composition comprises 55...57% apricots or plums, 43...45% sugar, 0.07...0.1% ascorbic acid and 0.015...0.042% iron-fortifying agent selected from ferrous sulphate, ferrous lactate or ferrous gluconate, the percentage being expressed by weight.Invenţia se referă la o compoziţie pentru produse concentrate din fructe, fortifiate cu fier, destinate prevenirii şi dietoterapiei carenţelor de fier. Compoziţia conform invenţiei cuprinde 55...57% caise sau prune, 43...45% zahăr, 0,07...0,1% acid ascorbic, şi 0,015...0,042% agent de fortifiere cu fier, selectat dintre sulfat feros, lactat feros sau gluconat feros, procentele fiind exprimate în greutate.
