Four pharmaceutical compositions have been developed using a mixture of enantiomers of 1-fenyl-2-amonopropane salts as an active principle. The salts do not contain the racemic shapes that have been usually incorporated in these type of formulations. According to the composition of the active and the development of the compositions, suitable profiles of dissolution have been achieved for an adequate treatment which is advantageous over current formulations. An oral formulation in the form of caplets of immediate release have been particularly developed as well as three formulations of long-lasting release, two in the form of caplets and the other in the form of hard gelatin capsules.Se han desarrollado cuatro composiciones farmacéuticas empleando como principio activo una mezcla de enantiomeros de las sales del 1-Fenil-2-aminopropano. Las sales no contienen las formas racémicas que han sido incorporadas habitualmente en este tipo de formulaciones. Dada esta composición del activo y el desarrollo de las composiciones se logran perfiles de disolución apropiados para un tratamiento adecuado y ventajoso sobre las formulaciones disponibles comercialmente. Particularmente se ha desarrollado una formulación oral en forma de tabletas de liberación inmediata y tres formulaciones de liberación prolongada, dos en forma de tableta y una en forma de capsulas de gelatina dura.
