The present invention relates to a blood glucose measuring device which separates a case internal space into two independent chambers, adiabatically separates the two chambers by using a heat insulating means, and mounts a temperature sensor in the separated chamber, thereby blocking heat transmission effect due to heat generated from the case internal space through a heat insulating structure and accurately measuring the temperature. Therefore, the blood glucose measuring device provides an accurate blood glucose numerical result. The blood glucose measuring device comprises: a case having a strip inlet formed at one side thereof so that a test strip formed so that a blood sample can be adsorbed is injected therein； a PCB substrate mounted on the case internal space so as to measure the blood glucose from the blood sample of the test strip； and a temperature measuring sensor mounted on the case internal space, and measuring the temperature.본 발명은 혈당 측정기에 관한 것으로, 케이스 내부 공간을 2개의 독립된 챔버로 분리하고, 단열 수단을 이용하여 2개의 챔버를 단열 분리하며, 분리된 챔버내에 온도 센서를 장착함으로써, 단열 구조를 통해 케이스 내부 공간에서 발생하는 발열에 의한 열전달 효과를 차단하여 정확한 온도 측정이 가능하고 이를 통해 정확한 혈당 수치 결과를 제공할 수 있는 혈당 측정기를 제공한다.
