PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnesium salt of 2-[(4-{[4-(2-hydroxyethoxy)-2-methyl[1,1-biphenyl]-3-yl]methoxy}phenyl)methyl]-1,2,4-oxadiazolidine-3,5-dione (compound A), more stable, having low moisture absorptivity and excellent in solubility, for using the compound A as a medication or a base thereof and to provide a crystal of the salt.SOLUTION: It is found as the result of study about various salts of the compound A that the crystal of a specific salt of the compound A is excellent in moisture absorptivity and solubility compared to the crystal of a sodium salt, and besides has excellent physical solid stability and chemical solid stability.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】2-[(4-{[4-(2-ヒドロキシエトキシ)-2-メチル[1,1-ビフェニル]-3-イル]メトキシ}フェニル)メチル]-1,2,4-オキサジアゾリジン-3,5-ジオン(化合物A)を、医薬品又は医薬品の原体として使用するための、より安定で吸湿性が低く、また、溶解性に優れる化合物Aのマグネシウム塩若しくはその結晶の提供。【解決手段】種々の化合物Aの塩について検討を行った結果、化合物Aの特定の塩の結晶が、ナトリウム塩の結晶と比較して吸湿性に優れ、また、溶解性に優れ、更に、優れた物理的固体安定性、化学的固体安定性を有することを見出した。【選択図】図1
