The present invention relates to glucose-responsive hyaluronic acid nanoparticles having boronic acid compounds chemically bonded thereto, and a composition including the same. When the nanoparticles according to the present invention are used, cancer may be diagnosed and treated using a cancer cell-specific biological mechanism, without the use of existing contrast agents and anticancer agents which have the problem of toxicity.La présente invention se rapporte à des nanoparticules d'acide hyaluronique sensibles au glucose, liées chimiquement à des composés d'acide boronique, et à une composition comprenant ces dernières. Lorsque les nanoparticules selon la présente invention sont utilisées, un cancer peut être diagnostiqué et traité à l'aide d'un mécanisme biologique spécifique aux cellules cancéreuses, sans utiliser des agents de contraste existants et des agents anticancéreux qui présentent le problème de toxicité.본 발명은 보론산 화합물이 화학적으로 결합된 글루코오스 감응성 히알루론산 나노입자 및 이를 포함하는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 나노입자를 이용하는 경우, 독성 문제를 가지는 기존의 조영제 및 항암제의 사용을 배제한 채, 암세포 특이적인 생물학적 기전을 이용하여 암을 진단 및 치료할 수 있다.
