PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for surgical operation which can shorten the operation time by making varied operation techniques possible.
SOLUTION: The device has its body part which has a long-sized trocar seath 2 with at least two roughly linear ports 2a and 2b in its axial direction to be inserted invivo, a long slender roughly shaft like inserting part 32 and a handle unit 41 arrayed at the base end part of the inserting part 32 and a treating part 33 which is disposed at the tip part of the body part and bent in the direction to make it divert off the axial direction of the inserting part 32 when the handle unit 41 is operated from its mounted part to bend it. The device also includes a multi-free forceps 3 which is inserted through the port 2a of the trocar seath 2. With the multi-free forceps 3 inserted through the port 2a, the handle unit 41 is positioned off the extended axis of the port 2a through which the multi-free forceps 3 is inserted.
