PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for preventing bacterium diseases or filamentous fungal diseases of plants which is derived from natural products, is high in safety and has high prevention effects and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A composition for preventing bacterium diseases or filamentous fungal diseases of plants contains microbial population obtained by culturing microorganisms contained in one or both of earthworm and excrement thereof under an aerobic condition as active ingredients and is manufactured for example by a method including a process for mixing and culturing excrement of earthworm and a culture by dispersing shred earthworm into water and mixing the resulting inoculum with a culture by dissolving a milk solid content in water and degassing the same while holding a prescribed temperature to culture microorganisms contained in one or both of earthworm and excrement thereof under an aerobic condition.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】天然物由来で安全性が高く、高い予防効果を有する植物の細菌病又は糸状菌病の予防用組成物及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】植物の細菌病又は糸状菌病の予防用組成物は、ミミズ及びその排泄物の一方又は双方に含まれる微生物を好気性条件下で培養して得られる微生物群を有効成分として含有し、例えば、ミミズの排泄物と、細断したミミズを水に分散させた培養液とを混合及び培養し、得られた種菌を、乳固形分を水に溶解させた培養液と混合し、所定の温度に保持しながらばっ気することにより、ミミズ及びその排泄物の一方又は双方に含まれる微生物を好気性条件下で培養する工程を含む方法により製造される。【選択図】なし
