The present invention relates to an intervertebral body fusion device (spinal cage) structure, and more specifically, to an intervertebral body fusion device structure which includes a case body including a hollow hole inside, a metal plate fixed to a rear portion of the cage body through a fixing bolt, a screw inserted and penetrating into a screw hole formed on the metal plate, and a locking device installed at a rear portion of the metal plate to prevent the screw from being detached. Therefore, the cage body is prevented from being separated from the treatment site and the screw is prevented from being separated from a vertebral body.본 발명은 추간체 유합 보형재 구조에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 내부에 중공이 형성된 케이지 본체, 상기 케이지 본체의 후방부에 고정볼트를 매개로 체결되는 금속판, 상기 금속판에 형성된 스크류홀에 관통·삽입되는 스크류 및 상기 금속판의 후방부에 설치되어 스크류가 이탈되는 것을 방지하는 잠금장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여, 케이지 본체가 시술 부위에서 이탈하는 것을 방지하고, 스크류가 척추체로부터 이탈하는 것을 방지한 금속판 체결형 추간체 유합 보형재 구조에 관한 것이다.
