The present invention relates to an electric stick for walking assistance including: a stick provided with a handle in its upper portion such that a users vertical load is supported or guided in a direction of movement in a state where the handle is held by the user a driving body coupled with a lower part of the stick, left and right wheels being rotatably coupled with left and right sides of the driving body, respectively a driving motor unit fixedly disposed in the driving body and provided with a left wheel driving motor and a right wheel driving motor transmitting a rotational force to the left and right wheels, respectively a gyro sensor fixedly disposed in the driving body to detect forward, rearward, leftward, and rightward inclination angles of the driving body a control unit fixedly disposed in the driving body, comparing a value detected by the gyro sensor and a pre-stored reference value to each other, and analyzing the values and a power supply unit supplying driving power to the control unit that controls the driving motor unit such that the driving body is leveled and the stick is directed upward in a case where no external force is exerted to the stick and the driving body moves in the direction in which the stick is inclined in a case where the stick is inclined forward, rearward, leftward, or rightward as a result of an operation by the user.본 발명은 사용자가 파지한 상태로 상기 사용자의 수직하중을 지지하거나 이동방향으로 가이드하도록 상방에 손잡이가 구비된 스틱과, 상기 스틱의 하방과 결합되고, 좌륜 및 우륜이 좌우양측에 회전 가능하게 결합된 구동몸체와, 상기 구동몸체의 내부에 고정 설치되고, 상기 좌륜 및 우륜 각각에 회전력을 전달하는 좌륜구동모터 및 우륜구동모터를 구비한 구동모터부와, 상기 구동몸체의 전후좌우 기울임 각도를 검출하도록 상기 구동몸체의 내부에 고정 설치된 자이로센서와, 상기 구동몸체의 내부에 고정 설치되고, 상기 자이로센서의 검출값과 기저장된 기준값을 비교분석하여 상기 스틱에 외력이 작용하지 않는 경우에는 상기 구동몸체가 수평을 유지하면서 상기 스틱이 상방을 향하도록 하며, 사용자의 조작에 의해 상기 스틱이 전후좌우 방향으로 기울어질 경우에는 상기 스틱이 기울어진 방향으로 상기 구동몸체가 이동하도록 상기 구동모터부를 제어하는 제어부와, 상기 제어부에 구동전원을 공급하는 전원공급부를 포함하여 이루어진 보행보조용 전동지팡이에 관한 것이다.
