An integrated aquaculture system having at least one culture pool (5), a culture pool support body, and at least one biological filtration tank (11) the culture pool (5) is a container disposed in a pond (1) or is a depression dug into the ground and provided with a waterproof layer the biological filtration tank (11) is disposed on a bank of the pond (1) or of the depression, and water from the culture pool flows into the body of the tank via an ingress at the bottom of the tank (11), and then flows back into the culture pool (5) through an egress at the top of the tank (11) after being treated. Water pumps (10, 14) control the water level inside and outside the culture pool (5) and the pressure differential causes the bottom of the culture pool (5) to automatically rise and fall, such that reaching deep into the water to fish out organisms becomes unnecessary. The aquaculture system is inexpensive, produces a high yield, and requires no foundation or building for its construction. The system greatly reduces the amount of money spent on fixed assets and makes full use of the natural resources of existing ponds (1) and depressions.
