The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a DI-CMTC type animal model using a vector comprising tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase (YARS). The method for manufacturing the DI-CMTC animal model, provided in the present invention, can have an academic effect for investigating molecular anatomical causes of peripheral neuropathy associated with Charcoal-Marie-Tooth disease. The method of the present invention can also contribute to development of therapeutic techniques to treat Charcoal-Marie-Tooth disease.본 발명은 티로실-tRNA 합성효소(tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase, YARS)를 포함하는 벡터를 이용한 DI-CMTC 형 동물 모델 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서 제공하는 DI-CMTC 동물 모델 제조 방법은 샤르코-마리에-투스 질환과 관련한 말초신경병증에 대한 분자해부학적 원인을 구명하는 학술적 효과를 가질 수 있으며, 샤르코-마리에-투스 질환을 치료하는 치료기술 분야의 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
