PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye ball optical measurement device which facilitates optical emission and reception in an optical path crossing the anterior chamber of an eye in comparison with a positioning method for adjusting optical emission means and receiving means just in a cross direction of the eye ball.SOLUTION: An optical measurement device 1 of an eye ball 10 includes: a light-emitting system 21 which emits light crossing an anterior chamber 13 in a measured persons eye ball 10 a light-receiving system 23 which receives the light crossing the anterior chamber 13 a holding part 50 which holds the light-emitting system 21 and the light-receiving system 23 and a control part 40 which is provided in the holding member 50 and adjusts the angle of the light emitted from the light-emitting system 21 to the anterior chamber 13 to an angle of the light which crosses the anterior chamber 13 and can be received by the light-receiving system 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】単に出射手段及び受光手段を眼球の前後方向のみに調整する位置決め方法と比較し、前眼房を横切る光路での出射と受光が容易な眼球の光計測装置を提供する。【解決手段】眼球10の光計測装置1は、被計測者の眼球10内の前眼房13を横切る光を出射する発光系21と、前眼房13を横切った光を受光する受光系23と、発光系21及び受光系23を保持する保持部50と、保持部材50に設けられ、発光系21から前眼房13に向けて出射される光の角度を、前眼房13を横切るとともに受光系23が受光できる角度に調整する制御部40と、を備えている。【選択図】図1
