PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an operation by approach or contact of a finger by a camera used for fingerprint authentication while reducing the number of special members for fingerprint authentication.SOLUTION: When the matching degree between a fingerprint pattern contained in a captured image obtained by capturing an object that has approached or contacted a sub camera (3) and a fingerprint pattern registered preliminarily is equal to or more than a predetermined standard, a first designated operation is performed that is previously assigned to the previously registered fingerprint pattern.
