The present invention relates to antibodies that specifically bind to unprocessed c-Met present on the surface of tumor cells. These antibodies are useful in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer or as agents for delivering moieties to cancer cells. The antibodies of the present invention may also be used in therapy in combination with chemotherapeutics or anti-cancer agents.La présente invention concerne des anticorps qui se lient spécifiquement à un c-Met non traité présent sur la surface de cellules tumorales. Ces anticorps sont utiles dans le diagnostic et le traitement du cancer ou comme agents pour ladministration de fractions à des cellules cancéreuses.
