Diese Giessformen (3) sind während des Herstellungsprozesses thermischen, mechanischen und/oder chemischen Einwirkungen ausgesetzt. Im Betrieb wird ihr Zustand hinsichtlich ausgewählter Parameter wie Biege-, Torsions- und Zugfestigkeit, Kerbschlagzähigkeit, Oberflächen- und/oder Materialbeschaffenheit geprüft. Aufgrund des ermittelten Zustandes dieser Giessformen (3) wird über deren weiteren Einsatz bzw. Einsatzdauer im Produktionsprozess entschieden.
