PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a method where, even in a solid powder molding having a projection with a high cubic effect or a thick solid powder molding, uniform compaction can be performed over the whole thereof, and a uniform solid powder molding having high hardness can be obtained.SOLUTION: In the method for producing a solid powder molding comprising a process where raw material powder containing a liquid component of &le15 mass% is subjected to pressure molding by pestles, the application of ultrasonic vibration to the powder raw material by the pestles is started, regarding the density of the powder raw material increased by the pressure molding using the pestles, from the point of time at which it reaches the density equal to tapping tempered density to a time till a pressurization load reaches 50% of the set value.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】立体性の高い凸部を有する固形粉末成型体や厚みのある固形粉末成型体であっても、その全体にわたって均一な圧密化を行うことができ、均一かつ高硬度の固形粉末成型体を得ることができる方法を適用すること。【解決手段】15質量%以下の液状成分を含む原料粉末を杵によって加圧成型する工程を含む固形粉末成型体の製造方法である。杵を用いた加圧成型によって上昇した粉体原料の密度が、タッピング固め密度に相当する密度となった時点から、加圧荷重が設定値の50%となるまでの間に、該杵による該粉体原料への超音波振動の印加を開始する。【選択図】図3
