PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper or an underpants with defervescence function suitable for cooling a part where blood vessels near a hip joint are present without unpleasant feeling and capable of keeping a resting state for a long time.SOLUTION: The coolants 16 are installed at positions abutting on the groin part of a wearer of the diaper body or the underpants body via a housing bag 14. The housing bag 16 may be detachably installed to the diaper body or the underpants body. It is preferable that the housing bag can keep waterproof property for a long time.
