The vehicle i.e. turner (20), has a picking unit (21) for removing a windrow from ground under a form of a continuous cloth. A turning unit (25) turns the removed cloth on the ground, and a spreading unit (30) spreads the turned cloth on the ground. A returning unit, the picking unit and the spreading unit are combined to form a coherent and monoblock assembly (35). A rotating unit rotates the monoblock assembly along a horizontal rotating axle (36) for raising the monoblock assembly in an inactive position and for monitoring relief of the assembly from ground in an active position.
