PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation for sterilizing or disinfecting a tissue which has an excellent tissue sterilizing or disinfecting ability and is suitable for therapeutic or prophylactic treatment of various diseases caused by a microorganism such as a bacterium or a virus, and a method for sterilizing or disinfecting a tissue.SOLUTION: A preparation for sterilizing or disinfecting a tissue and an agent for therapeutic or prophylactic treatment of a periodontal disease contain a gas in a nanobubble state. The gas in a nanobubble state is ozone. More preferably, a liquid preparation for sterilizing or disinfecting a tissue contains ozone-nanobubble water.【課題】組織の殺菌又は消毒能力に優れ、細菌、ウイルス等の微生物に起因する様々な疾病の治療又は予防に好適な、組織の殺菌又は消毒用製剤、組織の殺菌又は消毒方法の提供。【解決手段】ナノバブル状態にある気体を含むことを特徴とする、組織の殺菌又は消毒用製剤、歯周病の治療又は予防剤。好ましくは、ナノバブル状態にある気体がオゾンである。更に好ましくは、オゾンナノバブル水を含む組織の殺菌又は消毒用液体製剤。【選択図】なし
