The apparatus includes a housing, a display, and a controller. The housing includes upper and lower cases and has the figure of a patient dummy. The display includes a count part placed adjacent to the acupuncture point of the patient dummy to display the number of times of the needling practice, and is mounted at the center of the upper case of the housing.
