The ocular instillation assisting device (100) in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention includes an assisting device body (20). The assisting device body (20) fixes, at one end thereof, an ophthalmic solution container (10) such that a nozzle portion (14) is at a lower position than a container body (11) in a state in which a cup (40) has determined a position to which the ophthalmic solution is to be administered. The assisting device body (20) rotatably supports, at the other end thereof, a lever (30) for causing discharge of the ophthalmic solution.
