Embodiments of the present disclosure generally relate to formulations, methods of treatment, kits, and dosage forms for treating inflammatory disorders or cancers such as atopic dermatitis, where the formulation comprises a drug substance. The formulations provided include granules, which are: micronized active ingredient； one or more granulating binders； one or more fillers； one or more disintegrants； and one. Alternatively, it contains a plurality of antioxidants.
